WORKSHOP OPTIONS 2026:

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL:

*I Can Be Calm-Managing Emotions Workshop (1st-3rd grade and 4th-6th grade) - This Workshop is to help kids learn coping strategies to manage and regulate their big emotions at home, in school, and in other social situations.  As kids utilize the tools they learn, it will help build confidence, improve sleep, focus, and social interactions.

*Social Skills Workshop--This workshop will help kids learn ways to self-advocate, express themselves, work through conflict resolution, compromise, and establish and maintain healthy friendships. 

*Mindfulness Skills Building-Mindfulness is a skill to help everyone learn to understand and cope with all their emotions. Children of all ages can benefit from learning how to recognize and regulate their emotions, understand what they are feeling, and cope more effectively. 

MIDDLE SCHOOL:

*Mindfulness and Stress Management--Stress is something we all need to learn to manage to have social, academic, and emotional success and well-being. We will walk teens through understanding where their stress stems from, how to recognize it, and the skills to manage stress. These skills are also very helpful for kids trying to manage ADHD and/or Anxiety as well. 

*Maintaining Healthy Connections- This workshop will help teens learn skills to help manage topics like social aggressive behaviors, having healthy boundaries, establishing and maintaining healthy friendships, conflict resolution, self-advocacy, managing emotions, and managing stress with social and family relationships.

*Transition to Middle School: The transition to Middle School can be an overwhelming task for many, which can cause a lot of anxiety. This workshop will provide space to talk with peers, learn tools and skills, such as mindfulness, grounding, and social skills to help feel mentally prepared for this exciting transition

SUMMER WORKSHOP:

*Taking Care of Your Mental Health During Summer- ( 2 Workshops, one for ages 12-14 years old, and one for ages 15-18. Summer is a good time to relax and recharge. It can also be a time when kids fall into unhealthy habits like social media, spending too much time on electronics, and isolating, which affects their mood, sleep, and/or appetite.  This workshop will help kids learn to focus on structure, self-care, and setting healthy, realistic goals for themselves to help them feel mentally healthier over the summer. 

 **Please note that you can use HSA for Workshops. Each workshop is $160 **
